Longer hairs will clip since the weighted meshes cannot be imported into the tool yet. You won't see it in the Black Emporium, so pick the base hair and exit and you should see the modded hairdo.
Some hair meshes won't work with the DLC. Please note all mesh mods need Ultra Settings.
